Return Policy Overview
At ATL Luxury Jewelry, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your jewelry purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, excluding shipping charges.
Please note that custom-made pieces, special-order items, and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
We encourage customers to review all details carefully before placing an order, and our team is always happy to assist with any questions prior to purchase to ensure complete confidence and peace of mind.
To initiate a return, please contact ATL Luxury Jewelry at +1 704-684-7530 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) code.
Returns submitted without an RA code will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return
All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, including all original packaging and accompanying paperwork.
Jewelry that shows any signs of wear, or has been altered, resized (by anyone other than ATL Luxury Jewelry), or damaged, will not be accepted for return.
Please note that engraved jewelry items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Procedure
RA Code
Please contact ATL Luxury Jewelry Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) code.
Include this RA code on your receipt and clearly write it on the outside of the return package. Returns submitted without an RA code will not be accepted.
Packaging
All returns must include original materials, such as the receipt, gemstone reports, and appraisal documents.
Incomplete returns may be subject to a service fee.
Shipping
Returns must be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Express Mail™, fully insured for the total value of the contents.
Please address the package to:
1905 Scenic Hwy N Ste 230, Snellville, GA 30078, United States Please do not write “Jewelers” or “Jewelry” anywhere on the return package.
Label the package only as “ATL Inc.”
